At the end of each year we come up with both personal and professional goals for the upcoming year.  This is a difficult, yet very beneficial task!  Try to keep these goals printed out in a folder that you have to open every morning so you constantly see them.  They will serve as a reminder for where you are in obtaining those goals.

What goals are you setting for yourself for the New Year?  Take a look back at last year’s goals and review whether you have accomplished any them.  If there are any that you did not accomplish, try to analyze why?
