Have you ever sat at your desk with 10 minutes left in the work day and wondered, “Where has this day gone? It seems as though I haven’t gotten ANYTHING done??”  Well, if you have – you are not alone.  Here is something I try to do every day to ensure that I do not ask myself that same dreaded question…Make a list – At the end of each work day, a few minutes before you are about to leave, or even in the morning as soon as you get in, try to create a list of tasks that you would like to accomplish throughout the day.  Try to organize the list by matter of importance.  I’ve found this helps tremendously!  When you’ve completed a task – cross it off your list.  It may seem silly, but looking at a list with 5 things crossed off helps you feel like you’ve accomplished something and gives you something to take pride in at the end of the day!
