Return the favor – if your readers are taking the time to read your blog and post comments, you should do the same.  You need to let your readers know that their opinion matters.  Take some time to start engaging in your own blog as well as checking out your reader’s blogs.

As you begin to focus more on interaction you will find more creative ways of connecting with your readers.  Engagement provides a sense of accomplishment and will encourage you to come up with more quality blogs!  Your blog should be about building relationships with the readers.  Try to focus on the overall user experience of your blog site so you can enable the reader to get more out of it than just the normal content.
