At the end of each year, our Management Team asks that we come up with both personal and professional goals for the upcoming year.  This is a difficult, yet very beneficial task!  I keep these goals printed out in a folder that I have to open every morning to serve as a reminder for where I am in obtaining those goals.

The beginning of the New Year is traditionally a time for setting new goals or resolutions.  What goals have you set for yourself this year?  Take a look back at last year’s goals and review whether you have accomplished any them.  If there are any that you did not accomplish, try to analyze why?
