You always hear about the ‘Big Three’ when it comes to Social Media Marketing for condominium associations and apartments.  The ‘Big Three’ being Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.  What about YouTube?  YouTube is another great way to enhance your Social Media Marketing Campaign.  The thought of having a YouTube account, I admit is intimidating to most, but it doesn’t have to be.  The great thing about YouTube is that if you are just starting out, it is not necessary that you produce your own videos to have an active social presence.  The video production can be an afterthought.  If you are not ready to get in front of the camera and begin educating people on let’s say…Property Managers E&O, it may be a good idea to get acquainted with the basics before you throw yourself to the wolves.  A few things you can try when first starting out in YouTube land is simply, watching other videos.  You can then begin commenting on or rating others videos or channels.  If you’ve become comfortable with commenting and rating other people’s videos but are still not ready for your on-screen debut just yet, try creating a PowerPoint presentation with audio for your viewers.  For example, New Empire Group might post a PowerPoint on Commercial Real Estate.  This will allow other people in your industry to be aware of your presence.
