This was the quote our agency used in our annual Agency Meeting to describe the importance of our agency and individual goals for the year.  At the end of each year, our Management Team asks that we come up with both personal and professional goals for the upcoming year.  This is a difficult, yet very beneficial task!  I keep these goals printed out in a folder that I have to open every morning so I constantly see them and to serve as a reminder for where I am in obtaining those goals. 

It is now half way through the year, have you accomplished any of the goals that you have set for yourself thus far?
