CondoPak’s Diamond Ultra Enhancement Now Available in Connecticut and Massachusetts

Long Beach, N.Y. – CondoPak is becoming the industry’s premier insurance package policy for condominiums and community associations. The program, offered exclusively through New Empire Group, has announced that their Diamond Ultra Endorsement is now available in Connecticut and Massachusetts. The Diamond Ultra Endorsement offers limits of $5,000,000 for earth movement and ordinance or law coverage B&C, in addition to $2,500,000 for business income and extra expense coverage.
CondoPak was designed to meet the needs of condominiums and community associations of joisted masonry or fire resistive construction. The program is underwritten by an ‘A’ rated AM Best carrier and is admitted and available in the 26 states east of the Mississippi with the exception of Florida.
