New Empire Group Announces New Excess Liability Program
Long Beach, NY – New Empire Group has expanded its Prime Umbrella/Excess Liability Program portfolio as they announced a new Excess Liability Program for Real Estate. The program is underwritten by an AM Best A8 carrier and offers low minimum premiums with excellent rates. The program is admitted in all 50 states.
The Excess Liability program provides limits from $5 million to $25 million – limits up to $100 million are also available – and delivers individual policies for each insured. Qualifying classes of business include, but are not limited to, condominium associations, cooperatives, apartments, homeowners associations, commercial buildings (LRO), and office buildings.
